Designed as to not shorten distance between lens and sample, MIPOS 140 OEM has open loop travel range of 140 microns and 100 microns in closed loop operation. Resolution reaches sub-nanometer range, position of optical system remains unchanged after installation, and focal point continues to be at desired adjusted position. With travel range of 250 microns in open loop operation and 200 microns in closed loop, MIPOS 250 SG has flat design and is constructed to screw into flat surface.
