Based on negative pressure method, i-PROCESS 6200 Leak Test and Data Processing System performs leak tests with use of compressed air, vacuum generator, and pressure sensor. Instrument can also test seal performance of specimens after falling and compression tests with precision up to 1% FS. While degree of vacuum can be set from 0 to -90 KPa, vacuum retention time can be set from 30–999 sec. Other features include automatic constant pressure compensation, barcode scanner, and micro-printer.
