One-Part PVA Wood Adhesive passes ASTM water resistance test.

2013-08-02 14:29:39| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Able to be used in temperatures as low as 45°F, cross-linked Advantage FJ-1 passes ASTM 5572-95 (2012) wet use testing for finger joints. One-part formulation negates need for wood component manufacturers to pre-mix components, eliminates concerns over injury from handling acid catalyst, and ensures consistent end-product quality. Intended for finger joints in wet-use, non-structural products, adhesive has 6 month shelf life and meets HPVA and WDMA Type I standards for water resistance.
