Going back to the article I wrote earlier this week about pessimism versus realism, and the proof that I can offer that it's about having the right prices which is determined by fair multiples of certain valuations I look for. I actually have a list stored in my YCharts account that displays the stocks and their price targets I need them to hit in order for me to be a buyer of that company.
