The family of Trudy Oxx, the woman who fell and tragically died from the parking structure at the Providence Place Mall on July 16, contacted NBC 10 News because they are frustrated with the investigation and lack of information they've received from Providence Police and Nordstrom personnel. Oxx, 35, of Westerly, died just when she fell from the parking structure at the mall after police and mall officials say she was caught shoplifting at Nordstrom.
