Position Reference 093 You will have the opportunity to provide engineering support for any activity where PDGS and longterm preservation infrastructure is maintained and evolved for the missions. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Support to application maintenance of operational infrastructure followup and monitoring of industry performance of problems related to the relevant mission or generic environment Production and Maintenance of the MultiMission PDGS baseline Production of Requirement baseline for endtoend PDGS or major PDGS Facility projects Senior project engineering for endtoend PDGS or major PDGS Facility projects Production of Requirement baseline for PDGS component evolution projects Project engineering for PDGS component evolution projects Support release and change management processes Support to the installation, integration and acceptance of delivered systems Support to the transfer to operations Analysis of problems Support to PDGS operational validation activities over a maintained reference platform Participation to coordination meetings Management of RIDs Review Item Discrepancy, SPRs Software Problem Reports and Action databases Attendance to the JCCB for change and configuration monitoring Support the JCCB process, especially in the preparation of change proposals EOSIP Baseline management EOSIP Specification definition Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University degree or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline, preferably in Computer Science You have a good knowledge of ECSS, requirements management and acceptance procedures You have a good knowledge of MultiMission and LTDP architecture at senior engineering level You have a good knowledge of multimission PDGS implementations and interfaces for user management, cataloguebrowse, dissemination, archiving, processing management, circulation You have a good knowledge of LTDP knowledge preservation requirements and implementations.
