RHEA is currently recruiting two PMP Engineers to support the MultiPurpose Crew Vehicle European Service Module Program at our clients premises in Bremen. Tasks and Activities Your primary tasks and activities may include Reviewing, verifying, agreeing, monitoring and controlling MMPP items of both Prime and SubContractors Generating Declared Materials, Mechanical Parts and Processes Lists used for integration of flight hardware FH Generating Declared Materials, Mechanical Parts and Processes Lists for Mechanical Ground Support Equipment MGSE Generating Declared Materials, Mechanical Parts and Processes Lists for Fluid Ground Support Equipment FGSE Reviewing and Approving delivered SubCo Declared MMPP lists for MPCVESM Planning and supporting tests w.r.t. mechanical parts, materials and processes to achieve compliance to MMPP project requirements Identifying critical processes, materials and mechanical parts Reviewing, verifying and approving subcontractors critical process qualification programs and related qualification reports Establishing andor approving RFAs and submitting for customer approval Providing support to design releases and changes Reviewingreleasing process andormanufacturing procedures Monitoring and approving process qualifications planning and reporting Performing critical processes assessments audits and establishing reports as feasible Overseeing release of direct materials procurement orders checking for compliance with design details, definition of quality provisions for suppliers, provision for incoming inspection criteria definition Supporting the generation, tracking and maintenance of SAP material master files technical specification, stock condition, shelf life Skills and Experience You must possess the following skills and experience University Degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 4 years of direct professional experience in quality management Expert material knowledge notably in behavior, treatment, manufacturing, joining and glueing Fluency in English Candidates should be available to take on the assignment by May 2014.
