Pernod Ricard's Irish Distillers unit has released a single pot still Irish whiskey finished in first-fill sherry butts. Redbreast Lustau Edition is matured first in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso casks before moving to sherry butts from Bodegas Lustau, for one year.
