In addition to chain extender and crosslinker, NEXAMITE® PBO Multifunction Additive is effective as compatibilizer and acid scavenger in manufacture of virgin polymer blends, engineering plastics, and recycling of mixed plastics. Product optimizes melt viscosity, hydrolytic stability, and heat resistance, which is useful in variety of industries. Applications range from surfboards and gym mats to aircraft wings and rotor blades.
