Using 3-stage mechanical filter arrangement, Grease-Trapper PCU removes grease, smoke, and odors from kitchen exhaust air. Activated carbon panels remove odor molecules prior to discharging air, reducing impact of exhaust to surrounding areas. Built in accordance with NFPA 96, Grease Trapper offers capacities up to 12,000 cfm and uses MERV filters to ensure minimum overall particulate removal efficiency of 95%. Independent pressure switches signal when any filter stage needs replacing.
