CANADA - The Canadian Pork Council is disappointed to learn that the US District Court for the District of Columbia’s has denied a motion for a preliminary injunction in a lawsuit to block implementation of the US Department of Agriculture’s new (May 2013) final rule on country of origin labelling (COOL).
