Portland metal recycler files for Chapter 11

Quantum Resource Recovery Inc. filed for protection from creditors while it reorganizes its debt under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in Oregon on May 22. Kennedy is the architect of some of the region's most successful bankruptcy reorganizations in recent years. Past bankruptcy clients include The Columbian newspaper and the consolidated Sunwest Management case.
