Powdered metal could replace fossil fuels, eliminate greenhouse gas emissions

Scientists at McGill University have created a method of using powdered metals as a stable fuel source. In theory, these materials could replace fossil fuels -- and they're recyclable, too. That doesn't mean the path to commercialization will be easy, however.
