Measuring 7.1 x 7.0 x 4.96 mm, Series 3000A is available with 80, 100, 150, or 200 nH inductance values and max peak current of 57 A for 80 nH device. Series 3000B has inductive values of 85, 100, 120, 150, or 200 nH with max current of 78 A for 85 nH inductor. Housed in surface mount packages, Series 3000A and 3000B feature typical RDC of 0.20 and 0.29 mΩ, respectively, and are suited for noise reduction circuits in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and voltage regulators.
