All-welded construction includes solid metal nickel-chrome or manganese-copper alloy resistive element with TCR of <20 ppm/°C. in addition to resistance from 0.005–0.01 Ω with tight tolerances down to ±1.0%, characteristics include inductance of 0.5–5 nH, response to 50 MHz, and thermal EMF of <3 µV/°C.
