Device includes 3 ADCs for voltage and 2 current load measurements, 16-bit calculation engine, EEPROM, and 2-wire interface. Integrated low-drift voltage reference in addition to 94.5 dB of SINAD performance allows MCP39F511N to monitor loads with 0.5% error across 4000:1 dynamic range.
