Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen G. Kane announced today her office has filed a lawsuit against three Philadelphia-area car dealerships and their president Dean Cafiero of Philadelphia. Cafiero, who has dealerships in Montgomery County, including CarVision.com in Norristown, and Philadelphia, is alleged to have "sold and leased used cars at inflated process, used deceptive business practices and sold vehicles that were not roadworthy," according to a press release.
