Integrating CeramPump® valveless piston pump with stepper motor control and integral electronics, PDS-100 provides low volume dispensing of electrolytes, slurries, and metal forming lubricants used in manufacture of AA, AAA, C, D, and button cell batteries. System utilizes single rotating and reciprocating piston made of chemically inert, sapphire-hard ceramics. Offered in dual channel configuration, PDS-100 accommodates dispense and flow ranges from 2 µL/dispense to 1.5 lpm continuous pumping.
