Series TSCC Digital Dispensing Temperature Control is used to monitor and control product temperature and dispensing rate in production of melted cheese, chili, or other heated food products. While selectable PTC or NTC thermistor is used to monitor product temperature, SPDT relay is used to control temperature. Dual SPST relays are used for controlling 2 dispensing rates for either different size containers or different products, and security protection is offered via password code.
