Project Delivery Support AssistantAdministrator Category Information Technology City Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom Position ID J04150177 Permanent Full Time Position Description The Space Navigation Cluster is seeking a Programme Delivery Assistant. Whilst the role is varied in nature and may involve administrative tasks as detailed below, the primary focus will be delivery support . Key Responsibilities Dealing with the delivery receipt of classified material to client site documentation and CD ROM this will involve generating a number of CDs with software updates, meticulous attention to detail is therefore paramount. Active diary management for the Galileo Management team as well as administrative support for staff Schedule and attend the monthly project reviews within the cluster Travel booking cost effective flights, hotels and car hire, Visitor management for the programme Liaising with internal facilities teams as required, Security, Reception, etc Help support Coordinate and prepare programme presentation materials Oversight and adherence to the Joiners Leavers process, Assist with document lodgement process Provide administrative assistance with procurement and asset management Support other appropriate adhoc activities as required Essential Meticulous attention to detail Able to follow project processes carefully with diligence Excellent written and verbal English skills Demonstrable Programme Administration Experience supporting for a number of projects Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and LiveMeeting Cando and flexible attitude that supports delivery and timeline pressures. Desirable Experience of working on Secure Projects Existing internal CGI Travel and Booking System Microsoft Project, Access and Visio Sharepoint based action trackers Workstyle Onsite Clearance required SC Clearable This role can be done on a full or part time basis At CGI, were a team of builders.
