In the course of enforcing and expanding its project activities, LuxSpace is recruiting Proposal, Project and Procurement Managers for positions of different levels of seniority and expertise. Job Profile The positions will complement the Integrated Project Office team. Considering the agility targeted by LuxSpace, interested candidates have to be flexible and openminded, willing to cover multiple and overlapping roles in terms of responsibility. Tasks to be performed Proposal Manager Understand the RFPITT requirements defined by the customer Allocate the evaluation and the descriptions of tasks in form of Work Package Descriptions to colleagues of the Engineering Department Manage preparation and delivery of a proposal Get the signoff following the evaluation, negotiation, contract signature and lessons learned Be ready to continue in the role of a Project Manager in case of winning, or to ensure a constructive handover to a colleague. Project Manager Assure the execution of the contract in quality, time and budget as signed off and handed over by the Proposal Manager Responsible in front of the Customer Coordinator of engineering team, PAQA and procurement activities Assisted and coordinated by Head of IPO Department Responsible for budget, planning and financial project result Procurement Manager Responsible to implement the best makeorbuy policy Preselecting suppliers, issuing RFQsRFPs, assessing the best source Identifying opportunities for Long Term Agreements Negotiating the subcontracts Required Skills, Experience and Candidate Profile University degree BachelorMasterDiploma or equivalent in Engineering, preferably in Space, Avionics, RF or Computer Science Experience in some areas of engineering, handson experience Organisational and leadership skills Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility in an environment of tight deadlines, unexpected changes and frequent interruptions Good communication capabilities, analytical sense, priority setting Methodical workapproach, resultsoriented Selfmotivated taking responsibility and being proactive Comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers Ability to work and interface with a multinational team MS office Suite, MS Project, DOORS Willingness to travel Languages Good English language skills spoken and written, German andor French knowledge will be considered an asset Driving license desirable class B EU citizenship or valid Luxembourg work permit mandatory for nationals from nonEUcountries or countries treated as such.
