Who is PWP? We facilitate the consolidated permitting process for public infrastructure improvements triggered by private development, on behalf of BES, PBOT, Water, and Urban Forestry. The PWP team is are collocated within the City of Portlands Permit Center to provide one-stop-shop service to the development community.
