Public invited to meeting on state recycling plans

State officials invite the public to a meeting of the Governor's Recycling Council, which was formed as part of a goal to double Michigan's recycling rate. The meeting scheduled for Jan. 14 at Constitution Hall in Lansing will include a public comment period.
