Job Description In the framework of the development of a space instruments, Active Space Technologies GmbH is performing reliabilityrelated activities of mechanical parts, assemblies and mechanisms for different space missions, as well as testing activities. The candidate shall be responsible for Performing reliability analyses of mechanisms for space instruments, subsystems and satellite systems, in particular FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, Part Stress Analysis and Worst Case Analysis for electronic boards, Availability and Maintainability Analysis and Reliability Prediction. Planning and conducting audits of suppliers. Performing quality inspections of procured parts and manufacturing and assembly processes. Supporting assembly and testing activities during inspection points. Required Experience Bachelor or equivalent degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering with emphasis on reliability and quality assurance. At least two years of general experience in the abovementioned disciplines in the space sector. Fluent in English, spoken and written. Very Good in German, spoken and written.
