Available as pure CW upconverter and as version for I/Q-modulated signals, R&S SGU100A 40 GHz RF upconverter comes in 2U and ½ 19 in. rack width or 1U and full 19 in. rack width versions. Use with R&S SGS100A suits ultrawideband aerospace and defense applications. Starting from 12 GHz, R&S SGU100A can be used with 2 GHz I/Q modulation bandwidth. Together with R&S SMW200A high end vector signal generator, compact system with maximum of 3-phase coherent outputs up to 40 GHz can be set up.
