Optimized for signal chain accuracy and timing performance, ISL71840SEH 30 V, 16-channel multiplexer and ISL71841SEH 30 V, 32-channel multiplexer feature silicon on insulator process that provides single event latch-up in heavy ion environments. Features include 8 kV ESD protection, R(ON) of 500 Ω at ±5 V, and propagation delays of <800 nsec as well as over-voltage protection, cold spare redundancy, and wide supply range with split-rail operation from ±10.8–16.5 V and absolute max of ±20 V.
