With reverse recovery times down to 14 ns, FRED Pt® and HEXFRED® Hyperfast and Ultrafast rectifiers and soft recovery diodes suit high-frequency full and mild hybrid vehicle systems and HID lighting. Devices in DPAK offer 200 and 600 V reverse voltages and include 6 A and 8 A FRED Pt rectifiers as well as 4 A HEXFRED diode. Components in TO-220, D²PAK, TO-262, TO-247, and modified TO-247 packages offer 600 and 1,200 V reverse voltages and include 15–60 A FRED Pt devices and HEXFRED diodes.
