The Q-MultiflexTM is a point-to-multipoint system that provides a modulator and up to 16 demodulators in a single rack unit. This can greatly reduce the amount of hardware in SATCOM networks with a central hub and multiple remote locations. A variant of this system can allow as many as 100 demods for each modulator, making the eventual savings as a result of the decreased need of additional hardware even more dramatic.
