Report: Investments in fight against global climate change fall short

Hill: Spending on technology and strategies aimed at fighting climate change are well behind the globe's needs, according to a new study from Stanford University. The report, released Tuesday by the Climate Policy Initiative, says that financing flows have hit a peak at $359 billion per year, which falls significantly short of the most conservative estimated needs for investing in climate policies.
