The news agency Agence France-Presse reports from Lausanne, Switzerland that Iran and the P5+1 powers have reached "provisional agreement" on the terms of nuclear deal. Though the terms were not released as the news broke at roughly 9:15 a.m. EDT, the framework is thought to be generous to Iran, as the U.S. and other western nations had caved on key positions in the days leading up to a March 31 deadline.
