Report: Pilot error, outdated gear factors in UPS plane crash

Federal investigators are expected say at a Thursday hearing that pilot error and outdated onboard technology were factors in the August crash of a United Parcel Service Inc. cargo jet in Alabama that killed two pilots, reports The Wall Street Journal.
