Waste water overflowed from an aeration pond onto the Valley View Golf Course in March due to a nonoperational waste disposal system on Clubhouse Parkway, according to a report from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality . On March 16, an ADEQ employee inspected a facility in the 11000 block of Clubhouse Parkway and found untreated waste water discharging as a result of an overflowing aeration pond, the report states.
