Rich Products expands frozen food products recall over possible E. coli contamination

US-based Rich Products has expanded its voluntary recall to include more than 10 million pounds of frozen snack foods, over fears that the products may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O121 bacteria (E. coli O121).
