LaFOX, IL - Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced today the availability and full design support capabilities for five new 650V silicon carbide Schottky diodes from Cree, Inc . The new devices represent an expansion to Cree's family of Z-Rec 650V Junction Barrier Schottky diodes that previously included 10A, 8A, 6A and 4A 650V diodes in TO-220-2 packages.
