Changeover time between processes can be cut when using an oval motion solution instead of traditional rotary chains, belts and gears, according to Rockwell Automation. Matt Wiese, field support engineer, motion solutions group of iTRAK, told FoodProductionDaily.com it could be used for food handling such as flow wrappers.
