Rogers attempts to block $670 million Glentel sale to BCE

Rogers Communications has filed an application to block its rival, BCE , from buying wireless phone retailer Glentel in a previously announced deal valued at $670 million in stock, cash and debt. According to court documents, Rogers claims that Glentel has not sought its approval for the BCE acquisition, which was required in their agreement.
