Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC expects to complete the sale of its energy gas turbine business to Siemens AG by year-end, clearing the way for a A 1 billion share repurchase. The British turbine maker also said on Thursday that it is sticking to full-year guidance earnings guidance which it had lowered earlier this month when it announced a major cost cutting drive to boost profitability.
