Russian govt plans unified telecoms network monitoring centre under Roskomnadzor

(Telecompaper) The Russian Ministry of Communications and Mass Media has proposed to launch a federal centre for monitoring and management of telecommunications networks, reports Kommersant. It is expected that the federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor will control the project.
