SE Hemlock Avenue and Harrison Street Alley Sewer Repair Project: Design Continues

Environmental Services is continuing to design a project to replace or repair about 1,000 feet of 100-year-old public sewer pipes in the SE Hemlock Avenue and Harrison Street Alley, under the small East Rose Garden east of Ladds Circle, and between two properties on SE Cypress Avenue.
