Archer Daniels Midland Co., Chicago, has appointed John McGowan president, North American Oilseeds, and Ray Bradbury president, North American Oils. In his new position, McGowan will add responsibility for the company's regional cotton and canola processing businesses to his role as head of the company's North American soybean operations.
