SFR CEO resigns, Combes to take over - report

(Telecompaper) SFR's CEO Michel Paulin has resigned, sources familiar with the matter told Les Echos. He will be replaced by Michel Combes, the former head of Alcatel-Lucent who became CEO of SFR's parent company Altice in 2015.
