Model SCF136H SIM controller is based on Cortus APS3cd 32-bit CPU, enabling 10 MIPS at 20 MHz across range of temperatures and providing low power modes. It includes 136 KB unified flash memory and 3.5 KB static RAM. With controller, developers can optimize efficiency of applications and related performance regardless of hardware limitations. Maximizing performance of software running on chip, product is also available with pre-loaded bootloader.
