(Telecompaper) Samsung unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at technology trade show IFA in Berlin. The Note 3 will launch across US carriers AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular and T-Mobile and on 25 September in more than 140 countries. The new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is set in a textured, leather-edge in fake stitching and features a 5.7-inch full HD screen, a 2.3GHz processor, 3GB of RAM, a 3,200mAh battery, a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash, LTE connectivity, measures 8.3mm and weighs 168g. The Note 3 expands upon the S Pen stylus' capabilities by launching an Air Command wheel on the screen once the S Pen is taken out of the holder. It also enables users to engage apps by drawing the dimensions of floating onscreen apps. The onscreen wheel menu includes icons that offer shortcuts to applications that use the stylus, including the calculator, phone dialler and the YouTube app. With the Note's S Finder, users can search their device's archives for files, music and photos by name, date and tags as well as search among handwritten notes. The Samsung Note 3 comes with a Multi Window feature that allows consumers to divide the screen in half between two apps and also drag and drop content between them. In addition, Multi Window allows users to call up additional apps to float over their main app and push it aside to be used in the future.
