Samsung upgrades top Exynos processor for more AI, faster LTE

(Telecompaper) Samsung has upgraded its top smartphone processor with more support for artificial intelligence applications. The Exynos 9820 features a fourth-generation custom CPU, up to 2 Gbps with the LTE Advanced Pro modem, and an enhanced neural processing unit to bring new AI experiences to mobile devices. It is expected to start mass production by the end of this year.
