Sanderson Farms to build processing plant in Robeson County

Sanderson Farms Inc. says it plans to build a processing plant in Robeson County that will employ 1,100 people within three years. The Fayetteville Observer reports St. Pauls Mayor Gordon Westbrook said a 150-acre portion of an industrial park on N.C. 20 has been annexed into the town.
