Sazerac sues Brown-Forman over Tennessee Fire

Brown-Forman has said it will "vigorously" contest a lawsuit issued by Sazerac over advertising practices for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire. According to legal news service Law360 , Sazerac has this week issued Brown-Forman with a "trademark infridgement suit".
