Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Director Dan Wyant today announced the State has secured a civil settlement with two Delaware-based companies to end chronic odors from the nation's largest municipal waste incinerator affecting Midtown Detroit residents. "I am confident Detroit has a better, brighter future ahead as we continue to see economic improvement in the Motor City," said Schuette.
