We are looking for an experienced SCRUM Agile Coach to join our team in our Headoffice Darmstadt. You will be supporting us as an organization to get the value of agile workinging, as well as support specific projects.. The position is fulltime and permanent and expected starting date will be around December 2019. We are looking forward to meeting you! ResponsibilitiesDuties You believe in the benefit of agile methods and wants to help teams and organizations realize the benefit and improve how they work. As the company authority in agile methods, you will work as the scrum master on the largest agile project in the company, coordinating and guiding the agile teams working in a scrumofscrums approach. The project is developing a new highly innovative product for the space market. In addition, you act as an agile champion for the rest of the organization, supporting the adaptation of agile methods and train your colleagues internally. Many of our existing projects and customers are used to work in ways that are more traditional. You know that agile is not the solution to every problem, but you know when and where it makes sense. QualificationsExperience Key is that you bring experience in different agile methods and techniques. The experience should include practical experience with coordinating agile projects, howto structure an organization to support large agile projects, and in howto champion for agile methods within an organization used to working in ways that are more traditional. Secondly, you bring vision and concrete ideas on howto best implement the vision. Finally, you bring the enthusiasm and personality needed to work together with many different teams and personalities in an international environment.
