Sedgwick names Ericka DeBruce VP of engagement, inclusion and social responsibility

In her new role, DeBruce will focus on initiatives related to diversity and inclusion , corporate social responsibility and the company culture of workplace and community engagement. She most recently served as global diversity and inclusion manager for International Paper and previously held leadership roles at Talbots, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross and BAE Systems.
