US based Sempra Energy's Mexican subsidiary Infraestructura Energética Nova (IEnova) has agreed to acquire 50% stake from Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) in the Gasoductos de Chihuahua joint venture (JV) project for $1.325bn.
